Qualifications

• One (1) year experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).

• Coordinates habilitation and rehabilitation, behavior management, crisis intervention, and treatment programs.
• Ensures Active Treatment Daily Plans are implemented and staff are engaged with individuals.
• Provides on-the-job training and mentorship to new DSPs and documents progress.
