Job summary

Alls Well Healthcare is partnering with the California DDS to offer a paid 3-month shadow training program for Direct Service Professional (DSP) Interns. Participants shadow staff and may be offered permanent employment, sometimes as early as week three, mirroring a working interview.

You will work under a DSP mentor up to 30 hours/week, learning to support adults with developmental needs and help them live more independent and fulfilling lives.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must have a High School Diploma (or equivalent) or a Certificate of Completion
• Must have a valid Identification Card or Driver's License
• Must pass a background check and other required health screenings
