Skill Creations, Inc. is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in home and community settings. The role includes one-to-one or group care, personal care assistance, behavioral support, and skill-building activities.

Starting pay is $16.00 per hour for full- and part-time DSP positions, with Saturdays and Sundays 8am-8pm shifts noted. Requires high school diploma or GED and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or GED from an accredited school.
• Valid Driver’s license and acceptable Driving Record.
• Criminal Record Check.
• CPR/First Aid and Behavior Management training required or to be completed.
• Basic computer skills for e-mail, training modules and recording data.

Aufgaben

• Provide one-to-one or group care in the individual’s home or community setting.
• Assist with personal care, behavioral support and daily living skills.
• Support educational opportunities in communication and recreation/leisure.
• Record data and participate in ongoing training as required.
