Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II in Massachusetts. You will empower individuals to live independently in residential settings, teach life skills, follow support plans, and assist with daily care, transportation, and health needs.

This role includes leadership by training staff and supporting budgets, with a focus on dignity and respect. The starting pay is $20.50/hour with location-based differentials; some programs offer higher rates for specific sites or MAP

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Active US driver’s license required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care in a residential setting.
• Teach life skills at home and in the community to build independence.
• Follow and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care, medication administration, and health needs.
