Seven Hills Foundation is seeking a Direct Support Professional II in Leicester, MA to empower individuals to live meaningful, independent lives in their communities. You will provide daily support, assist with personal care, accompany individuals to appointments, and help build life skills at home and in the community.

Starting pay is $20.50/hour with additional differentials by location and qualifications; asleep hours are $17.50/hour.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide daily living support in residential settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to follow Individual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily support and care to individuals in a residential setting.
• Help individuals build independence by teaching life skills at home and in the community.
• Follow and implement ISP and Behavior Support Plans.
• Assist with personal care and health-related needs, including medication administration.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes.
• Support budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds.
