Premier Community Services is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Oklahoma. Starting pay is $15.00 per hour with training provided and flexible shifts including day, evening, overnight and weekends.

No experience is required as we will help you get started and prepare you to support individuals with developmental disabilities. Join our team to make a difference in the lives of adults in Tulsa and Bartlesville, OK.

Formación

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver’s License.
• Must maintain a personal vehicle in good condition with current insurance.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
• No experience required; training provided.

• Assist individuals with daily activities to promote independence and well‑being.
• Support community involvement and personal goals.
• Help individuals live fulfilling lives in a safe, respectful environment.
• Document activities as required and follow care plans.
