Job summary

Home Care Network, Inc. is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide in-home care under RN supervision. This full-time role requires DODD certification, at least 1 year of DSP and home care experience, a willingness for long-term commitment, and the ability to work with clients in homes with dogs.

CPR/FA certification is required and weekly pay is provided. The DSP will perform ADLs, housekeeping, meal prep, and light care tasks, while documenting care and coordinating with the RN

Qualifications

• Active DODD Certification is required.
• Minimum 1 year (2+ preferred) experience as active DSP is required.
• Minimum 1 year paid experience in home care is required.
• Willingness for long-term commitment (2+ years).
• Willingness to work with clients in homes with dogs.
• CPR and First Aid Certification required.
• Ability to perform housekeeping, meal prep, and light hands-on care.
• Reliable, honest, professional and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care services under RN or Therapist supervision.
• Perform ADLs, mobility support, and safety measures.
• Assist with meals, housekeeping, errands, and transportation as needed.
• Support client independence and safety; maintain documentation.
• Follow Plan of Care and communicate effectively with the care team.
