Job summary

HIT Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support individuals with disabilities in group home settings in western North Dakota.

DSPs help residents build independence, follow service plans, and maintain a safe, respectful home environment. We offer comprehensive benefits, flexible scheduling (every-other weekend; 12–14 hour shifts), tuition assistance, and a 401(k) with employer match after one year.

Qualifications

• Requires completion of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference is given to those with experience in developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with daily living to help build independence.
• Follow individualized service plans for each resident.
• Create and maintain a home environment where residents feel valued and safe.
• Document observations and progress accurately, both verbally and in writing.
