HIT, Inc. is seeking a dependable Direct Support Professional to join our Day Program team in western North Dakota.

You will provide hands-on support to individuals, helping them work toward personal goals through active treatment and meaningful daily activities. The role combines direct care with leadership duties, including coordinating daily work activities for lawn service and cleaning crews, on-the-job training, and promoting a safe, positive environment.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Preference is given to candidates with work experience in the developmental disabilities field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.

Responsibilities

The schedule is typically Monday-Friday between the hours of 7:30AM - 4:30PM.We are seeking a dependable and motivated Direct Support Professional to provide hands-on support to individuals while overseeing our lawn service and production cleaning crews. This position combines direct care with leadership responsibilities, including coordinating daily work activities, providing on-the-job training and guidance, ensuring quality and productivity, and promoting a safe and positive work environment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsible, a strong communicator, and enjoys helping individuals develop valuable vocational and employment skills.
