Willows Way in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Full-Time DSP Floater to assist individuals with I/DD across multiple homes in the St. Louis and St. Charles County area. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with 36 hours guaranteed and weekly pay.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with insurance, CPR/FA, and Level 1 Med Administration certs. Excellent communication and compassionate care are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of full-time experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Ability to work in multiple homes across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma, valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs required.
• Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with staff, clients, and guardians.

Responsibilities

• Complete medication records, daily notes, and progress toward client goals.
• Support individuals to foster self-determination, security, and community relationships.
• Assist with daily life activities including personal care, household chores, shopping, and activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

FULL TIME DSP FLOATER| $23.50 per hour

Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed - 5-day work week

Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday - shifts between 2pm-11pm

Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but Floater must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.

Qualifications

• 1+ Years Full Time experience supporting individuals with I/DD is required.-Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.-Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs-Flexibility and Reliability-Kind, patient, compassionate and respectful-Excellent communication skills-Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.CORE RESPONSIBLITIES
• Complete all required documentation to include medication record, daily notes, progress on client goals and outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Support each individual so that s/he will feel a sense of self-determination, security, and have an opportunity to have meaningful relationships with others in their community.
• Assist clients with daily life activities including personal care/hygiene, household chores, shopping, and recreational and social activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual served.
