Job summary

Willows Way in St. Charles, MO is seeking a Full-Time DSP Floater to assist individuals with I/DD across multiple homes in the St. Louis and St. Charles County area. The schedule is Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with 36 hours guaranteed and weekly pay.

The role requires 1+ year of experience, a high school diploma, a valid driver's license with insurance, CPR/FA, and Level 1 Med Administration certs. Excellent communication and compassionate care are essential for success.

Qualifications

1+ years of full-time experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
Ability to work in multiple homes across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
Must be 18+ years old with HS diploma, valid driver’s license, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs required.
Excellent communication and ability to build positive relationships with staff, clients, and guardians.

Responsibilities

Complete medication records, daily notes, and progress toward client goals.
Support individuals to foster self-determination, security, and community relationships.
Assist with daily life activities including personal care, household chores, shopping, and activities.
Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
