Willows Way, Inc. in St. Charles, MO, is hiring a Full Time DSP Floater to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. The role features a 36-hour workweek, Tuesday through Saturday, with shifts from 2pm to 11pm.

The Floater must be flexible to travel across homes within St. Charles and St. Louis Counties and perform daily living assistance, documentation, and supportive activities. Benefits accompany the position, and weekly pay is provided.

Qualifications

• Must have 1+ years full-time experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Floater must work in all homes across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass background checks and required trainings.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required documentation: medication records, daily notes, client goals/outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Support each individual to foster self-determination, security, and community relationships.
• Assist clients with daily living activities: personal care/hygiene, chores, shopping, and social activities.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to each individual.

FULL TIME DSP FLOATER | $23.50 per hour

Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed - 5-day work week. Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday - shifts between 2pm-11pm.

Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but Floater must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 1+ Years Full Time experience supporting individuals with I/DD is required.
• Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 18 years of age
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.
• Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs

• Floaters are responsible for maintaining positive working relationships with all staff, clients, and guardians.
