Job summary

Willows Way is seeking a Full-Time DSP Floater to support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities across St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.

The role guarantees 36 hours weekly, with a 5-day schedule (Tuesday–Saturday), and shifts from 2pm–11pm. The Floaters must be flexible to travel between homes, maintain positive relationships with staff, clients, and guardians, and complete medication records, notes, and client goal progress.

Qualifications

• 1+ years full-time experience supporting individuals with I/DD.
• Floaters must be able to work in all homes throughout St. Charles and St. Louis Counties.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Valid Driver's License, car insurance and reliable transportation.
• Ability to pass all background checks and classes required.
• Current CPR/FA and Level 1 Med Administration Certs.
• Flexibility and Reliability.
• Kind, patient, compassionate and respectful.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required documentation including medication records, daily notes, client goals/outcomes, and financial transactions.
• Support individuals to foster self-determination, security, and meaningful community relationships.
• Assist clients with daily life activities such as personal care, household chores, shopping, and recreation.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.

FULL TIME DSP FLOATER| $23.50 per hour

Paid weekly, 36 hours guaranteed - 5-day work week
Schedule is Tuesday-Saturday - shifts between 2pm-11pm

Floaters work in varying locations. Days worked will remain consistent, but Floater must have the flexibility to adjust assigned locations as needed with little to no notice.
