Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Personal vehicle with proof of insurance.
• Valid Wisconsin driver's license for the past 3 years.
• Ability to work a variety of shifts.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Successful completion of caregiver background check, TB test, and health screening.

Responsibilities

• Interact with clients assisting with day-to-day tasks.
• Engage in fun activities with clients.
• Health monitoring and medication administration.
• Meal preparation in accordance with dietary guidelines.
• Light housekeeping and personal care assistance.
• Redirect client behaviors as needed.
