Creative Foundations, Inc. is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support individuals with developmental disabilities in their homes and community settings. Earn $18/hour with shift options and a $1,000 sign-on bonus for eligible hires.

Shifts include 7 AM–3 PM, 2 PM–11 PM, and overnight, with weekend availability. Training is provided and benefits are offered. Join a role that helps people live with dignity and independence.

Qualificações

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check completed and required training.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation and proof of insurance.
• Ability to work safely and respectfully in clients’ homes and communities.
• Compassion, reliability, and desire to make a positive impact.

Responsabilidades

• Provide one-on-one support to individuals with developmental disabilities at home and in the community.
• Assist with daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, personal care, transportation).
• Encourage participation in social and community activities.
• Help individuals achieve personal goals and celebrate progress.
• Promote choice, independence, and self-advocacy.
• Accurately document care, activities, and progress.
• Communicate with team to ensure consistent, quality support.
