Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Bordentown, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

This role offers flexible schedules (full-time and part-time), paid onboarding and training, weekly pay, and opportunities for growth. No prior experience required; paid training provided.

Qualifications

• Experience working with individuals with disabilities is not required; paid training provided.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with automotive insurance and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide ADL support and help individuals live independently
• Assist with community participation and social activities
• Monitor health and safety while maintaining a supportive environment
• Maintain documentation and scheduling
• Collaborate with families and case managers as needed
