Abound Health is hiring Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) in Hamilton, NJ to provide caregiving and daily living support for individuals with IDD. You will assist with ADLs, community participation, and behavioral support to help clients live independently.

Training is provided, with advancement opportunities and a supportive team environment. Starting pay ranges from $23/hour (non-acuity) to $33/hour (acuity), with a $1,000 signing bonus paid in installments for averaging 20+ hours per week.

Qualifikationen

• 18+ years old and eligible to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, reliable transportation
• Ability to pass criminal, driving, and healthcare registry checks
• Willingness to assist with personal care as needed
• Lifting may be required depending on client needs
