Qualifications

• Experience as Direct Support Professional (DSP) required.
• Experience with Behavioral Support Plans (BSPs) preferred.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support with daily living activities and personal care.
• Encourage independence and community participation.
• Follow individualized care plans and BSPs.
• Support individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
• Maintain a safe, respectful, person-centered environment.
• Accompany to medical appointments and activities.
• Provide reliable transportation as needed.
• Document services and progress notes.
