Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health is hiring a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Central Florida. You will provide care and behavioral support for adults with emotional, behavioral, and developmental challenges in a hands‑on, mission‑driven role.

Starting pay is $17.00–$20.25 per hour, with shift differentials up to $2.00/hr for 2nd and 3rd shifts, plus pay for education and certifications. Positions require two second/watch shifts, weekends, and orientation in Orlando.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience: No Experience? We offer a two-week orientation and on‑the‑job training.

Responsabilités

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals).
• Help implement behavior support plans.
• Teach life, social, and communication skills.
• Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations.
• Maintain daily documentation.
• Transport to school, appointments and community outings.
• Work closely with clinical treatment team.
