The position pays starting at $17.00–$20.25 per hour with shift differentials and education/certification pay, plus opportunities for additional pay for CNA or RBT certification.

Qualifications

• Education: High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, meals) and transport to school, appointments, and community outings.
• Help implement behavior support plans.
• Teach life, social, and communication skills.
• Respond to and de-escalate crisis situations.
• Maintain daily documentation.
• Work closely with clinical treatment team.
