Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license required for transportation of persons served.
• Able to communicate effectively and work well as a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to adults with mental health, intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• Support people as they develop skills, pursue goals, and participate in their communities.
• Offer encouragement, mentoring, and guidance with daily activities and life skills.
• Help individuals maintain comfort, safety, dignity, and independence.
• Attend community activities, appointments, and events.
