Dungarvin is seeking a Behavioral Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver to provide person-centered supports to adults with disabilities, helping them build independence and participate in their communities.

This full-time role offers $17–$19 per hour with a $2 weekend differential, a comprehensive benefits package, paid training, and opportunities for growth. Shifts vary across days, evenings, and nights to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid Driver's License required
• May require own vehicle and auto-liability insurance depending on role
• Patient, dependable, respectful; able to stay calm in challenging situations
• Commitment to person-centered supports and teamwork

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized support to adults with mental health, intellectual and developmental, and/or physical disabilities
• Support people to develop skills, pursue personal goals, and participate in their communities
• Provide encouragement, mentoring, and guidance with daily activities and life skills
• Help individuals maintain comfort, safety, dignity, and independence
• Complete required documentation regarding services, progress, incidents and events
• Attend training and required certification to support individuals safely
