Department for Persons with Disabilities (DPD) seeks a Direct Support Professional to support adults with developmental disabilities in a group home setting in Tennessee. The role includes personal care, daily living activities, and documentation of services.
The position offers full-time hours (40 per week) with shift coverage Mon and Thu and Fri–Sun 3:00pm–11:00pm, plus paid training and comprehensive benefits. A valid driver’s license and HS diploma are required.

Regular Salary: $20.49 per hour Mon-Fri and $21.49 per hour (shifts beginning 11PM Friday to 11PM on Sunday). Non-work time will be paid at the base rate.
