Catholic Charities Department for Persons with Disabilities in Oak Ridge, TN, seeks an Overnight Residential DSP to support adults with disabilities in group homes. You will assist with personal care, daily living activities, and medication administration, while ensuring safety and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Be motivated to work as part of a team that acts in the best interest of our residents at all times.
• Experience with IDDD population is a plus.
• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• A valid non provisional driver’s license is required.
• Must meet the physical requirements of CPR/First Aid and our emergency evacuation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care and daily living activities.
• Document services daily and maintain accurate records.
• Drive residents to/from day programs using agency vehicles.
• Assist with cleaning, cooking and life skills activities.
• Provide support during overnight shifts and emergencies.
