Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care in Erie, PA is seeking part-time DSPs/Direct Support Professionals to provide one-on-one support in home and community settings, helping individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their full potential.

The role offers flexible scheduling across Erie area, weekday dayshifts, mileage reimbursement, and a supportive team with clinical backing. A high school diploma and at least one year of relevant experience are required.

• Ability to transport clients to community activities

Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Spend time on the client's favorite hobbies and activities
• Support the client's goals towards independence in the home and community
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization

BAYADA’s DSP / Direct Support Professionals work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. We are part-time and provide flexibility with scheduling through various shift locations and times throughout Erie, PA. The majority of our hours are weekday, dayshifts.

How You’ll Make an Impact as a DSP / Direct Support Professional:

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
