Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to join our team in Boyertown, PA. You’ll work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion, mentor, and advocate for individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities—helping them reach their full potential.

We offer part-time opportunities with flexible scheduling across various shifts and locations throughout Montgomery County, enabling you to find the balance that works best for you.

Qualifications

• One or more years of experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities (autism, down syndrome).
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
• Ability to transport clients to community outings if working dayshift.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

We are currently looking for experienced and reliable Direct Support Professionals (DSP) to support a male client in Boyertown, PA through various shifts:

• Weekends and weekdays available
• Overnights available (AON, 10-hr shifts)
  • Must be experienced with behaviors

Shifts also available part-time in Pottstown, Royersford, Schwenksville, and more throughout Montgomery County!

How You’ll Make an Impact as a Direct Support Professional (DSP):

• Provide personal care assistance (dressing, grooming)
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments
• Spend time on the client’s favorite hobbies and activities
• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation
• Participate in community integration activities

Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates starting at $18.00 + / hour with a weekly pay schedule
• Flexible scheduling (part-time, various shifts)
• Short commute times (we try to match opportunities within 30 minutes near your home)
• Options for mileage reimbursement
