Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join the team around Corry, Union City and Waterford, PA. You will provide one-on-one support in home and community settings, helping individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities reach their potential.

Qualifications

• One year experience working with intellectual and developmental disabilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent (18+).
• Ability to transport clients to community activities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with everyday tasks, such as meal preparation.
• Spend time on the client's hobbies and activities.
• Support the client's goals towards independence in the home and community.
• Accompany clients on errands and appointments.
• Participate in community integration activities to focus on socialization.

BAYADA’s special needs caregivers - Direct Support Professionals DSPs - work one-on-one in home and community settings as a companion for individuals with intellectual or developmental disability to help them reach their full potential. Compensation & Schedule:

• Competitive pay rates with a weekly pay schedule
