Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of experience as a DSP, PCA or CNA (full-time preferred).
• Valid Driver's License required.
• Access to insured, reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver support services for each service recipient.
• Document and account for agency and recipient finances as required.
• Assist in scheduling and ensuring staff coverage with the Supervisor.
• Escort recipients to medical appointments and document visits per healthcare plan.
