DSP roles offer 2nd and 3rd shifts with starting pay of $20.42/hour, plus potential increases based on education and experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED required.
• Must have valid non-provisional driver's license.
• Willingness to attend orientation and start on-site.
• Ability to work with individuals with diverse needs.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals in day programs.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in daily living skills.
• Plan, implement, and document programs addressing physical, social, and emotional needs.
• Coordinate community-based activities, volunteering, and outings.
• Transport individuals to and from day program.
