Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Valid non-provisional driver's license required.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Attend ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• Empathetic with a team-based approach to care.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and health of individuals during the day program.
• Supervise, coach, and assist individuals in daily living skills (cooking, cleaning, shopping).
• Plan, implement and document programs meeting social, emotional, physical and personal needs.
• Plan and participate in community-based jobs, volunteer opportunities and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program.
