Job summary

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health in Manchester, NJ, is seeking Direct Support Professionals to join a multidisciplinary team. You will support individuals in daily living skills and community activities, with second and third shifts available in Manchester, NJ.

Starting pay is $20.42 per hour, with increases based on education and experience. We offer day-one time off, health benefits after 30 days, tuition/loan assistance, growth and training opportunities, and a collaborative Servant

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety and health of individuals in day program.
• Supervise and coach individuals in daily living tasks (food prep, cooking, cleaning, shopping).
• Plan, implement, and document programs meeting social, emotional, physical, and personal needs.
• Coordinate with community-based activities, volunteering, and outings.
• Schedule and transport individuals to and from the day program.
