Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Arden, NC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide community living support and respite care. The position involves 28 hours per week on a contract schedule, with a pay rate of $17.50 per hour.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and active auto insurance.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Experience supporting individuals with Traumatic Brain Injury (TBI) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 support, companionship, and daily living assistance.
• Assist with personal care, daily life skills, meal preparation, and medication administration as needed.
• Facilitate community integration and personal goals while maintaining a safe environment.
• Maintain a warm, encouraging, and supportive atmosphere.
• Keep accurate, timely service documentation in accordance with agency policies.
