Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Denver, NC seeks a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to help clients Thrive with Purpose through Community Living Support and Supported Employment, in home, community, and work settings. This position offers up to 40 hours weekly with CLS up to 28 hours and SE up to 12 hours, plus PRN respite.

Successful candidates will have a high school diploma, a NC driver's license, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check, with

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Minimum of 1 year caregiving or job coaching experience (Preferred).
• Valid North Carolina driver’s license with reliable transportation and active auto insurance (Required).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities and community participation (CLS).
• Provide job coaching and support during employment hours (SE).
• Provide PRN respite support as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and families to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team on client progress.
• Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
