Job summary

Covenant Case Management Services in Denver, NC is seeking a compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to support individuals with intellectual disabilities. You will deliver Community Living Support and Supported Employment services, helping clients build independence at home, in the community, and at work.

The role offers flexible scheduling up to 40 hours per week, with CLS up to 28 hours and SE up to 12 hours, plus PRN respite.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 1 year of caregiving or job coaching experience preferred.
• Valid NC driver's license, reliable transportation and active auto insurance required.
• Ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with daily living activities, personal goals, and community participation.
• Provide job coaching and support during employment hours to help client succeed.
• Provide PRN respite support as needed.
• Collaborate with clients and families to understand needs and preferences.
• Maintain communication with supervisors and team regarding client care and progress.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines.
