Dungarvin is seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP) / Caregiver Float to support individuals across Florence, KY programs. The role features a full-time varied schedule with day/evening/weekend shifts and a $18/hour wage.

Shifts rotate with two weeks notice to cover needs while promoting independence and dignity. As a DSP, you provide direct support, guidance, and personal growth support to people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, with a focus on empowerment and respect.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on assistance, encouragement, mentoring, and guidance.
• Ensure the comfort, safety, and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
• Assist with daily living tasks such as moving around, getting in and out of bed, dressing, bathing, toileting, personal hygiene and more.
