Leidos DES (Defense Enclave Services) is seeking a DISANet Systems Monitoring Center Specialist to support a 24x7 on-site operation at Ft. Meade, MD. The role requires an active Secret clearance and a Monday–Friday, 3pm–11pm shift.

You will monitor LAN/WAN, manage alerts, generate reports, and support deployment health across network environments while ensuring continuous availability for mission-critical projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• 4+ years of system administration experience.
• Experience with Active Directory.
• Experience with Monitoring tools such as SolarWinds, NetCool, InfoVista or other tools.
• Experience with technical writing and reporting.
• Experience creating/running SNOW ITSM reports.
• Active DoD IAT Level II certification (Security+ CE) required prior to start.

Responsabilités

• Manage integration of the network system management tools.
• Network Management Systems monitoring and reporting.
• Operate on a 24 x 7 x 365 operational support team to identify, respond to, and resolve alerts/incidents.
• Network monitoring technical support and analysis for LAN/WAN and Wireless LAN infrastructure.
• Perform critical administration tasks affecting the production environment.
• Maintain availability of environments for projects and deployment plans.
• Create incident tickets and escalate to appropriate teams within SLA.
