Job Location

This position will be located at 912 Wildwood Jefferson City or central MO offices however consideration will be given to statewide candidates with frequent travel to Jefferson City required. Remote work scheduled will be considered upon meeting requirements.

This role will assist with key intiatives aiming to better support the partipants and clients we serve.




  • Lead high level project planning, risk analysis, development, and implementation of key initiatives including but not limited to the Home and Community Based Services (HCBS) Access Rule initiatives which includes multi-system collaboration with various state agencies and the Adult Protective Services (APS) Section.

  • Conduct and summarize research in response to executive, legislative, or administrative inquiries. Summarization may occur in various forms dependent upon the audience's need.

  • Assist programmatic teams with a variety of tasks related to policy, quality assurance, enhanced system solutions, and data analysis.

  • Provide assistance in the development of long-term organizational strategy.



Minimum Qualifications



  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Proficient knowledge of HCBS and APS policies, regulations, and statutes required

  • Project management experience required

  • Excellent project and time management skills

  • Contract management/monitoring expereience preferred

  • Effective oral and written communication skills
