State of Missouri, Jefferson City, seeks a qualified leader to oversee Medicaid Policy, Training, Quality Assurance/Improvement and special HCBS initiatives. You will guide multiple bureaus, ensure timely decision making, and uphold program integrity within HCBS.

Job Location: This position is preferred to be located at 912 Wildwood, Jefferson City, MO; however other locations statewide may be considered. The selected candidate must be able to meet extensive travel requirements associated with the role if not based in Jefferson City.
We are seeking an individual who is committed to the mission of keeping Missourian's safe and healthy by overseeing Medicaid Policy, Training, Quality Assurance/Improvement and special initiatives within the Section of Home and Community Based Services (HCBS). This is an exciting opportunity to provide immediate leadership and assistance to the multiple bureaus within HCBS in an innovative fast paced environment. A person in this position will exhibit exceptional communication skills, extensive knowledge of HCBS Medicaid policies, and exemplary customer service within Medicaid long term services and supports. We are looking for someone who can demonstrate creativity through curiosity and ongoing learning and explore new ideas that support continuous improvement opportunities.
The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay.
