Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Direct Store Delivery (DSD) Warehouse Supervisor in Portland, OR. The role leads one or more Sales Distribution Centers, ensuring efficient operations, inventory control, safety, and adherence to corporate standards.

Responsibilities include supervising staff, coordinating schedules, training, and ensuring accurate outbound/inbound loads. A strong focus on process discipline, GMPs, and food-safety practices is essential for success.

Qualifications

5+ years of warehouse experience in a food-related industry or DSD environment.
2+ years of supervisory or management experience in a warehouse or distribution setting.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Experience with ERP systems such as D365 preferred.
Excellent organizational and inventory record-keeping abilities.

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations and staff at assigned Sales Distribution Centers, ensuring efficiency and safety compliance.
Coordinate opening, closing, and security of DCs.
Assign tasks and schedules; monitor performance and provide coaching.
Lead training for new team members and ongoing staff development.
Oversee inventory management: receiving, storing, and loading; maintain accurate balances.
