Job summary

Utz Quality Foods, Inc. is seeking a Direct Store Delivery Warehouse Lead in Orlando, FL. The role manages daily DC operations, assigns tasks, trains staff, and ensures accurate inventory and product rotation. You will support route coverage and customer deliveries while leading month-end counts.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in warehouse roles, ERP experience (D365), and strong organizational and leadership skills. Benefits include health, dental, vision, 401k match, and stock programs.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a DSD DC in a food-related industry.
• Experience using an ERP system such as D365 is preferred.
• Experience leading and directing others is preferred.
• Must maintain accurate inventory, records, and product rotation.
• Must communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing; basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the DSD DC.
• Assigns daily tasks to the DSD Warehouse staff, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists with training new DSD warehouse team members.
• Manages receiving, storing, loading, and inventory control of products and materials.
• Unloads trailers and verifies loads for accuracy; balances daily inventory with a handheld device.
• Covers open routes as directed by management and delivers products to accounts.
• Leads month-end inventory counts and reports discrepancies to the Head of DSD Ops.
