Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Direct Store Delivery Warehouse Lead in Frazer, PA. The role supports the sales management team to ensure the DSD Distribution Center operates efficiently and that warehouse duties are performed accurately and safely.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a DSD DC in a food related industry.
• Strong communication, written and verbal skills.
• Experience leading and directing others is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the DSD DC.
• Assigns daily tasks to the DSD Warehouse staff.
• Trains new DSD warehouse team members.
• Manages inventory: receive, store, load, and track products.
• Unloads trailers and verifies loads for accuracy.
• Checks stock during loading and signs load tickets.
• Uses handheld devices to balance daily warehouse inventory.
• Handles returns to stock and damaged goods.
• Maintains warehouse organization and cleanliness.
• Covers open routes and delivers products to customers.
• Leads month-end inventory counts and reports discrepancies.
