Job summary

Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Direct Store Delivery Warehouse Lead to support the sales management team in Frazer, PA. The Lead will manage daily DC operations and coordinate warehousing tasks to keep products flowing to customers.

Candidates should have 3+ years of warehouse experience, familiarity with ERP systems such as D365, and the ability to supervise and train staff. The position offers full-time hours and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of warehouse experience, preferably in a DSD DC in a food related industry.
• Experience with Enterprise Resource Systems such as D365.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the daily operations of the DSD DC.
• Assigns daily tasks to the DSD Warehouse Utilities, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Assists with training new DSD warehouse team members.
• Orders inventory, receives, stores, loads, and maintains inventory accuracy.
• Unloads trailers and checks trailer loads for accuracy.
• Manages product rotation and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Delivers products to customers and merchandises in accounts to be serviced.
• Leads and assists with month-end inventory counts and reports discrepancies.
