Xpress Distributors Inc. in Tampa, FL, seeks a DSD Sales Manager to own and grow the DSD sales operation across our territory. You will build routes, hire and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives, set targets, and manage P&L per route to drive density and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• 7–10+ years of DSD experience in beverage distribution.
• Experience with major beverage distributors or strong regional DSD operations.
• Proven track record of managing route sales reps and growing account bases.
• Deep understanding of route economics, density planning, and merchandising.
• Strong relationships with convenience, grocery, and independent retail buyers in the Southeast.
• Experience opening new accounts at scale.
• Comfortable with data: weekly sales reports, scan data, profitability analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Aufgaben

• Own and grow the DSD sales operation for Xpress Distributors.
• Build, manage, and optimize route structures for density and profitability.
• Hire, train, and develop a team of Route Sales Representatives.
• Set weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets per route and per rep.
• Manage P&L by route, including labor, fuel, gross margin, and operating expenses.
• Open new accounts in priority territories across convenience, independent grocery, and foodservice.
• Build and execute a territory expansion plan as the brand portfolio grows.
• Coordinate with brand suppliers on new product launches, promotions, and planogram execution.
• Monitor competitor activity, route economics, and account-level performance.
• Report directly to ownership on KPIs, account growth, and team performance.
