Job summary

Mexilink Incorporated is seeking a DSD Sales Manager - East to oversee the distributor network across an assigned territory. You will drive sales, optimize route execution, and ensure product availability at retail stores while keeping logistics and inventory aligned with company standards.

You will develop distributor strategies, nurture partnerships with leadership and route teams, and travel to distributor locations to ensure delivery excellence and promotional execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required.
• Minimum 5 years in DSD management with proven sales growth.
• Strong knowledge of DSD systems, logistics, and retail environments.
• Excellent negotiation, analytics, and leadership skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to distributor locations and stores.

Responsibilities

• Develop strategies to improve distribution and drive incremental sales through the distributor network.
• Identify and pursue new distributor opportunities to expand route coverage.
• Optimize DSD operations considering market trends and retail dynamics.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributor owners, managers, and route teams.
• Provide insights to support planning and regional initiatives based on distributor performance.
• Conduct regular ride-alongs to assess execution and service quality.
