Responsibilities

• Maintains and records incoming radio calls on a radio log.
• Receives public and team member inquiries in person or by telephone in a polite and professional manner.
• Possess and maintain knowledge of radio codes, signals and call letters used by the Dakota Sioux Casino Security department.
• Possess and maintain knowledge of Security department policies and procedures and confidentiality.
• Dispatch officers by radio, telephone or in person.
• Maintains files and memorandums.
• Monitors the clocking in and out of all team members.
• Other duties as assigned.
