All America Threaded Products is hiring a Machine Operator for Draw, Straighten, and Cut (DSC) at our Lancaster, PA facility. The role starts at $27 per hour during training and advances to $30 per hour after successful completion, with monthly bonus incentives and a comprehensive benefits package.

The position is full-time and on-site, demanding mechanical aptitude and the ability to learn setup, changeovers, and troubleshooting on steel-processing equipment.

Qualifications

• Mechanically inclined with experience operating, setting up, or troubleshooting machines with electrical and pneumatic components.
• Ability to follow safety standards and operate in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to stand for long shifts and lift up to 75 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Run the DSC machine through shift cycles, loading raw material and performing setups and changeovers.
• Troubleshoot stoppages and perform quality checks to meet work orders.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and adhere to safety protocols.
