DS Machine is seeking a Welder / Fabricator in Lancaster County, PA to join our metal fabrication team. You will work on custom projects requiring precision and craftsmanship, contributing to durable, high-quality end products.

You will read drawings, perform MIG and TIG welding on various metals, measure and assemble components, and ensure workmanship meets safety and quality standards. Competitive pay and full benefits offered with a daytime schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in welding and custom fabrication.
• Experience with MIG and TIG welding on various metals.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings/blueprints.

Responsibilities

• Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Perform MIG and TIG welding on steel, stainless steel, and aluminum.
• Accurately measure and assemble metal components using shop tools.
• Inspect and verify work to meet quality and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team to solve fabrication challenges and improve processes.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
