The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree and at least 4 years of experience in mental health or developmental services. A competitive salary range of $63,000 - $70,500 is offered, along with comprehensive benefits including health insurance and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• 4 years minimum experience in developmental disabilities services or mental health services required.
• Eligible for Qualified Developmental Disabilities Professional (QDDP) status.
• Knowledge of Vermont Developmental Services regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and oversight of quality assurance across programs.
• Establish standards for quality, compliance, and documentation.
• Facilitates quality improvement activities based on annual satisfaction surveys.
