Job summary

Community Care Network / Rutland Mental Health Services in Rutland, Vermont seeks a DS Program Administrative Coordinator to provide comprehensive administrative, operational, and program support for the Developmental Services department.

You will assist leadership, coordinate internal processes, manage scheduling and communications, and serve as a liaison with staff, providers, individuals served, and community partners.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience, preferably in healthcare or human services.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Director of Developmental Services and DS leadership team.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting agendas, minutes, and department documents.
• Maintain electronic systems and assist with onboarding of new staff and contracted providers.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, trainings, and department events.
• Assist with Medicaid, state, and agency compliance documentation and audits.
• Support data tracking, reporting, and documentation workflows for accuracy.
