Qualifications

• Drywall repair experience is essential for this role.
• Able to patch holes, repair damaged drywall, texture-match, and prep surfaces for painting.
• Experience in apartment make-ready, maintenance, remodeling, or related repair work.
• Painting and general repair skills required.
• Basic knowledge of plumbing and electrical repairs is preferred.
• Must be able to work on a rotating on-call schedule and maintain reliability.

Responsibilities

• Perform drywall repairs, patching, texture matching, and wall prep for apartment turns.
• Inspect vacated units and complete make-ready repairs before new residents move in.
• Carry out painting, touch-ups, caulking, and interior finish work.
• Repair or replace doors, locks, screens, hinges, baseboards, shelving, blinds, and fixtures.
• Handle basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs as needed.
• Identify additional issues during turns and communicate needs to the team.
• Assist with keys and lock changes for new move-ins.
• Support property upkeep, cleaning, and grounds maintenance.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule.
